Women's Caucus

Dear Party Leaders,

At the State Party we are working very hard to develop our Women's Caucus. Thank you so much to all of you who have expressed your interest in joining and who have passed the word along to others.

We have already had a great response from many women who are interested in joining and building the caucus. Last night at our Eleanor Roosevelt event we handed out hundreds of brochures as attendees left the event, and we are hoping for a great response from that. Two dedicated interns - Cassi and Kristen - are working solely on helping to develop the Women's Caucus, and members will begin to see communications updates and newsletters shortly.

We are still looking for a representative from each county to serve as the liaison to the caucus. If you know anyone in your county who would be interested in taking on this role please have them contact:

Susan Van Sicklen, Chair of the Women’s Caucus:
(608) 935-9392

Or email womenscaucus@wisdems.org

Please see the attached brochure, and send it to anyone who may be interested in joining the DPW Women’s Caucus.

**As was mentioned at the CCA meeting a few weekends ago, we are eager to help all of the caucuses grow and become more active. The college campuses in Madison are a great resource for us, because they are full of students who are eager to intern at the party. We would like to have a designated intern assisting each caucus chair, so if you haven't already been in touch with Jason or myself and you'd like a caucus intern, please give us a call or send an email.**

Best,

Maggie
